Don’t Move Improve! 2021 shortlist announced

In its eleventh year, the Don’t Move, Improve! 2021 awards has been inundated with homes that showcase the ingenuity of residential design in London today.

As supporters of the awards, we are delighted to share with you the twenty-two of these exceptional projects that have been shortlisted for the 2021 awards, all demonstrating how a well-designed home can improve quality of life, offer functional solutions on the smallest of sites, and create beautiful spaces even within the most restricted of budgets.

Featuring over 200 outstanding designs, the annual exhibition and publication will launch in May 2021. With the announcement of the overall winner as well as seven special prizes for projects which adeptly overcome key challenges. These include Unique Character Prize, Urban Oasis of the Year, the Compact Design of the Year, Best Project under £100k, Environmental Leadership Prize, WFH Design of the Year and Materiality and Craftsmanship Prize.
